Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days once dispatched.

Please note that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.


Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, exchanges are not standard and are accepted only under specific conditions.

We work closely with every client to confirm sizing before production begins to ensure the best possible fit. We kindly ask that you respond to our sizing confirmation within 5 days. If we do not receive a response after our follow-up, production will proceed using the size originally selected at checkout.

Because every piece is handcrafted specifically for each client, we cannot accept exchanges due to an incorrect size selection when our sizing confirmation requests have gone unanswered.

Exchange requests may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Verified sizing discrepancy despite confirmed measurements or size confirmation.

  • Manufacturing defects or damage.

All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the piece and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you are unsure about sizing, we encourage you to contact us before production begins. Our team is always happy to assist in selecting the best fit for you.

Sale Items Policy:

Items purchased during a sale are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable unless there is a defect.
Carefully consider choices and sizes before making a purchase during a sale.

Please follow these instructions in order to start your exchange process:

Please send clear photographs/videos, front and back, of you wearing your piece to support@gelarehdesigns.com, highlighting the problematic areas of the fit, so we may better assess your situation to find the best solution for you.

Along with the photographs, please describe, in detail the issues you are experiencing with your order. Is it the fit that is the problem? Issues with the fabric, tightness, looseness, or any rips or holes? Be specific.

By doing this, you are helping us make our product better for our future clients.

The item must be in perfect unused condition, with no signs of damage or wear.

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, as long as the issue is brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt. Additional sizes not in stock may take longer to replace. All size exchanges made within 7 days of receiving your piece can be exchanged for free.  All size exchanges after 7 days will be the shipper’s responsibility to pay for shipping on the return. 

If you wish to exchange your item for credit towards another piece, you are able to do so within 7 days of delivery of your piece, as long as it has not been worn or damaged in any way. Your new exchange piece will begin production upon receipt of the returned piece, and any difference in price will be due prior to beginning.
