Shipping

All Gelareh Designs pieces are handcrafted to order in our atelier in Bali, Indonesia, and shipped worldwide.

Every Gelareh Designs piece is handcrafted to order specifically for you. Production typically requires 2–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and quality.

We are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that import duties, customs fees, VAT, and local taxes are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Gelareh Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Made-to-Order Policy

Every Gelareh Designs piece is individually handcrafted specifically for each client. Because each garment is made to order, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Sizing Confirmation

To ensure the best possible fit, we work closely with every client to confirm sizing before production begins.

We kindly ask that you respond to our sizing confirmation within 5 days. If we do not receive a response after our follow-up, production will proceed using the size originally selected at checkout.

Once production has begun, we cannot accept responsibility for sizing issues resulting from an unconfirmed or incorrect size selection.

If you are unsure about sizing, we encourage you to contact us before production begins. Our team is always happy to assist you in selecting the best fit.

Custom Sizing
If your measurements do not fall within our standard size chart, we offer a custom sizing service tailored specifically to your body. Please contact us before placing your order to begin the custom sizing process. Custom-made garments are subject to a 30% customization fee to cover the additional pattern development, fittings, and precision craftsmanship required for a bespoke piece.

Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, exchanges are not standard and are considered only under limited circumstances.

Exchange requests may be approved only in the following cases:

  • The finished garment does not match the measurements or size confirmed prior to production.

  • Verified manufacturing defects or workmanship issues.

All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To request an exchange, please email support@gelarehdesigns.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Clear front and back photographs and/or videos of yourself wearing the garment.

  • Detailed photographs of the issue.

  • A description explaining the fit or manufacturing concern.

This information helps us properly assess your request while continually improving our products.

Any approved exchange item must be returned in unused, unworn condition, with all original tags attached and showing no signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

If an exchange is approved due to a verified sizing or manufacturing issue reported within 7 days of delivery, Gelareh Designs will provide the replacement at no additional production cost.

If an exchange is requested after the initial 7-day period and is approved at our discretion, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

If you choose to exchange your piece for another design of greater value, any price difference must be paid before production of the replacement piece begins.

Sale Items & Promotional Orders

All sale items and all items purchased using a discount code or promotional offer are Final Sale.

They are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

Discount codes may not be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 days of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled because each garment is handcrafted specifically for the client.

Payments

Gelareh Designs accepts payment by major credit cards and approved bank transfers.

For custom orders, Gelareh Designs reserves the right to request a 50% non-refundable production deposit before work begins.

Failure to complete payment according to agreed terms may result in production delays or order cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

Gelareh Designs shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, shipping carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Policy

By placing an order with Gelareh Designs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between Gelareh Designs and the purchaser regarding all orders placed through our website.
