Thank you for choosing Gelareh Designs. We are committed to providing you with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. To ensure transparency and clarity, we would like to outline our policies and commitments:

  1. Measurement Disclaimer:

    • The detailed measurements requested are for reference purposes only.
    • Providing measurements does not guarantee precise tailoring to match your body shape.
    • Our production process utilizes standard in-house sizes, and the measurements ensure that the ordered size falls within the range provided.
    • The final decision regarding the fit rests with the client.

  2. Customization Options:

    • Clients desiring customization beyond standard sizes can place a custom order.
    • Customization incurs an additional 30% fee as outlined on our website.
    • Please review terms and conditions for custom orders, regular orders, and sale items.

    • If a created item is awaiting payment, and despite multiple notices, the client hasn't paid within the given deadline, the item will be considered canceled. In such cases, the client will lose the item & deposit on the item unless the full amount is paid and received by the specified due date

      • Seller has the right to request a 50% production down payment on all orders.
    • Past due charges may be applied at the rate of 11% per month on any invoices that remain unpaid beyond the terms set forth in this order.

  3. Sale Items Policy:

    • Items purchased during a sale are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable unless there is a defect.
    • Carefully consider choices and sizes before making a purchase during a sale.

  4. Size Selection Responsibility:

    • While we provide a sizing chart, the final decision on size selection is the client's responsibility.
    • Our team is available to guide you through the sizing chart, ensuring a satisfactory decision.

  5. Commitment to Quality and Sustainability:

    • Each item is carefully crafted after the request is placed, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and minimizing waste.
    • We specialize in intricate and detailed pieces, and the production time of 2-4 weeks is based on the complexity of each design.
    • Our skilled artisans meticulously create each piece with precision and attention to detail.

  6. Shipping and Delivery:

    • Custom-designed or tailored pieces are excluded from site-wide sales.
    • The 2-4 week production timeframe is separate from shipping, which takes an additional 4-7 business days.
    • All Gelareh Designs pieces are handcrafted in our atelier in Bali, Indonesia, and shipped worldwide.Please note that import duties and local taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.
    • Gelareh Designs promptly produces, ships, and provides tracking numbers for all orders.
    • Once the package is handed over to the courier and reaches your provided address, it is considered delivered.
    • Issues post-courier delivery are beyond our control.

    • Gelareh Designs does not cover import duties or taxes.
