A ceremonial shoulder crown sculpted through transformation, protection, and elevated form.

The Aragon Shoulder Piece is part of the Incarnate Code collection a wearable sculptural structure designed to frame the body through symbolic form, architectural movement, and hand-carved detail. Resting across the shoulders like a ceremonial crown, the piece transforms the silhouette with a presence that feels both powerful and ethereal.

At the core of the design lies an exceptionally intricate process of handcraft. Each sculptural formation is individually carved, shaped, and assembled by hand to create dimensional movement and anatomical contour throughout the piece. Despite its strong architectural presence, the structure remains remarkably lightweight allowing it to rest effortlessly over garments, capes, dresses, or directly against the body.

The directional formations and flowing symbolic lines carry the language of Incarnate Code a visual system inspired by transformation, release, and personal evolution. The piece embodies the idea of shedding inherited patterns and stepping consciously into a new form of selfhood, where adornment becomes transmission.

There is something instinctive in its presence. The shoulder piece carries a ceremonial, almost mythic energy where the body becomes elevated through sculptural symbolism and architectural movement.

The curved formations wrap naturally around the shoulders, creating a balance between protection and elegance while enhancing posture and silhouette. Worn layered over garments, it instantly transforms the visual language of the body creating a feeling of confidence, mystery, and elevated identity.

It does not simply accessorize the body it becomes part of its architecture.

Each piece is developed through a meticulous, hands-on process within our private atelier. No two are ever identical. The variations in texture, tone, carving, and sculptural formation are part of the life of the piece, shaped by human hands guided by intention and care. Within our atelier, creation is approached with presence and devotion each garment made as a quiet ritual, where craft becomes a form of prayer.

This piece is made to order as part of our commitment to slow fashion, eliminating excess while preserving the integrity of the design.

Every piece is individually handcrafted and hand-finished, making each creation a unique expression of the process. Due to the artisanal nature of carving, leather treatment, molding, and dyeing, color tones and surface textures may vary slightly.

The sculptural formations and symbolic linework may carry subtle distinctions in contour, placement, and dimensional depth, reflecting the intensive handcraft behind each piece.

These variations are not imperfections, but part of the identity of the piece. Each creation carries its own presence, shaped by human hands guided by intention and care.

Each Gelareh Designs piece is individually crafted upon order. Production timelines are separate from shipping and typically range between 2–4 weeks.

We offer free worldwide shipping. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days once dispatched.
Please note that import duties and local taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, exchanges are not standard and are accepted only under specific conditions.

We work closely with each client to confirm sizing prior to production. For this reason, we cannot accept exchanges based on incorrect measurements provided at the time of order.

Exchange requests may be considered in the following cases:

* Manufacturing defects or damage

All requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the piece and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Visual Measurement Guide

Use these visual references to better understand where to place the measuring tape for waist, hip, inseam, and other key measurements.

How to Measure

Stand naturally with your arms at your sides. Use a soft measuring tape, keeping it straight, level, and snug — not too loose or tight.

Chest / Bust

Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest or bust, keeping the tape horizontal.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, usually slightly above or below the belly button.

Hips

With feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.

Shoulder

Measure across your back from one shoulder point to the other.

Arm Length

Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Measure from the center back of the neck, across the shoulder and elbow, down to the wrist.

Torso Length

Measure from the top of the shoulder down through the fullest part of the bust to the crotch area.

Rise

Measure from the inner thigh seam to the top of the waistband. This tells where the pant sits on your waist.

Inseam

Measure from the crotch seam down to the bottom of the leg or hem.

Outseam

Measure from the top of the waistband down to the hem of the pants.
