The Velora Skirt is a refined architectural silhouette designed to create movement through pure form and proportion. Built through precise pleating and expansive circular volume, the piece carries a powerful quietness where simplicity becomes elevated through structure, fluidity, and presence.

The sculptural fullness of the silhouette creates a dramatic flowing movement with every step, while the fitted high waist contours the body with elegance and precision. The balance between structure and softness allows the piece to feel both grounded and ethereal simultaneously.

There is something instinctive in its presence. The skirt carries a ceremonial, almost regal energy where movement becomes architecture, and the body becomes framed through flowing sculptural form.

The surface carries a soft luminous quality reminiscent of satin reflecting light subtly across the folds and dimensional volume of the silhouette. The fluid sheen enhances the architectural structure of the piece, allowing the skirt to move with cinematic depth and elegance.

Each Gelareh Designs piece is individually crafted upon order. Production timelines are separate from shipping and typically range between 2–4 weeks.


Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days once dispatched.
Please note that import duties and local taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, exchanges are not standard and are accepted only under specific conditions.

We work closely with each client to confirm sizing prior to production. For this reason, we cannot accept exchanges based on incorrect measurements provided at the time of order.

Exchange requests may be considered in the following cases:
* Verified sizing discrepancy despite confirmed measurements
* Manufacturing defects or damage

All requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the piece and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Different garments are designed to fit differently depending on their function and fabric.

Bodysuit

Fitted — designed to sit close to the body.

  • Follows body measurements closely
  • Minimal ease: 0–2 cm
  • May feel snug depending on fabric stretch

Jacket

Tailored fit — designed to be worn over light layers.

  • Adds approximately 6–10 cm ease at the chest
  • Structured silhouette
  • Comfortable but still fitted

Coat

Relaxed fit — designed to be worn over heavier layers.

  • Adds approximately 12–18 cm ease at the chest

Visual Measurement Guide

Use these visual references to better understand where to place the measuring tape for waist, hip, inseam, and other key measurements.

How to Measure

Stand naturally with your arms at your sides. Use a soft measuring tape, keeping it straight, level, and snug — not too loose or tight.

Chest / Bust

Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest or bust, keeping the tape horizontal.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, usually slightly above or below the belly button.

Hips

With feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.

Shoulder

Measure across your back from one shoulder point to the other.

Arm Length

Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Measure from the center back of the neck, across the shoulder and elbow, down to the wrist.

Torso Length

Measure from the top of the shoulder down through the fullest part of the bust to the crotch area.

Rise

Measure from the inner thigh seam to the top of the waistband. This tells where the pant sits on your waist.

Inseam

Measure from the crotch seam down to the bottom of the leg or hem.

Outseam

Measure from the top of the waistband down to the hem of the pants.
