The Pompeii Top is inspired by the raw elemental force of eruption where destruction and beauty exist simultaneously. Named after the ancient city suspended in volcanic ash and transformation, the piece embodies the feeling of preserved movement, tension, and rebirth through sculptural form.
Designed to contour the body through flowing anatomical linework and dimensional structure, the garment transforms the silhouette into a living architectural composition where softness and strength coexist seamlessly.
At the core of the design lies a meticulous process of craftsmanship. Sculptural formations and directional contours are individually shaped and assembled to follow the natural rhythm of the body, creating dimensional movement and fluid architectural flow throughout the silhouette.
There is something instinctive in its presence. The piece carries a primal yet elevated energy where the body becomes framed through sculptural tension and controlled movement.
Inspired by molten surfaces, volcanic formations, and the fluid geometry of the human anatomy, the directional structures move organically across the body like flowing currents frozen in time. The balance between exposed openness and structural contour creates a dynamic tension revealing sensuality, protection, and transformation simultaneously.
