EDITOR’S NOTES

A sculptural expression of feminine structure, fluidity, and second-skin form.

The Arca Top is part of the Arcturian Core a collection rooted in anatomical linework, futuristic structure, and elevated body architecture. The piece contours the body through directional paneling and sculptural detailing, creating a silhouette that feels both powerful and refined.

At the core of the design lies a meticulous process of handcraft. Precision-cut leather formations and layered structural elements are individually shaped and assembled to follow the natural curves of the body, creating dimensional movement and contour throughout the silhouette. The lines move like an external mapping system framing the body with intention, balance, and flow.

There is something instinctive in its presence. The piece carries a quiet, almost ceremonial energy where structure becomes adornment, and the body becomes part of a living sculptural form.

The balance between sculptural construction and softness creates a dynamic tension revealing strength and femininity simultaneously. Worn fitted to the body, the top creates a feeling of confidence, individuality, and elevated presence where movement and architecture coexist seamlessly.

The piece is designed to function both as a statement garment and as part of a layered system within the Arcturian Core, allowing it to transition between ceremonial styling and elevated everyday wear.

It does not simply sit on the body it moves and evolves with it.

Each piece is developed through a meticulous, hands-on process within our private atelier. No two are ever identical. The variations in texture, tone, and panel formation are part of the life of the garment, shaped by human hands guided by intention and care. Within our atelier, creation is approached with presence and devotion each garment made as a quiet ritual, where craft becomes a form of prayer.

This piece is made to order as part of our commitment to slow fashion, eliminating excess while preserving the integrity of the design.

THE ART OF VARIATION

Every piece is individually handcrafted and hand-finished, making each garment a unique expression of the process. Due to the artisanal nature of leather treatment, molding, and material manipulation, color tones and surface textures may vary slightly.

The sculptural formations and directional panel constructions may carry subtle distinctions in contour, placement, and depth, reflecting the intensive handcraft behind each garment.

These variations are not imperfections, but part of the identity of the piece. Each garment carries its own presence, shaped by human hands guided by intention and care.

Each Gelareh Designs piece is individually crafted upon order. Production timelines are separate from shipping and typically range between 2–4 weeks.


Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days once dispatched.
Please note that import duties and local taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, exchanges are not standard and are accepted only under specific conditions.

We work closely with each client to confirm sizing prior to production. For this reason, we cannot accept exchanges based on incorrect measurements provided at the time of order.

Exchange requests may be considered in the following cases:
* Verified sizing discrepancy despite confirmed measurements
* Manufacturing defects or damage

All requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the piece and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Different garments are designed to fit differently depending on their function and fabric.

Bodysuit

Fitted — designed to sit close to the body.

  • Follows body measurements closely
  • Minimal ease: 0–2 cm
  • May feel snug depending on fabric stretch

Jacket

Tailored fit — designed to be worn over light layers.

  • Adds approximately 6–10 cm ease at the chest
  • Structured silhouette
  • Comfortable but still fitted

Coat

Relaxed fit — designed to be worn over heavier layers.

Visual Measurement Guide

Use these visual references to better understand where to place the measuring tape for waist, hip, inseam, and other key measurements.

How to Measure

Stand naturally with your arms at your sides. Use a soft measuring tape, keeping it straight, level, and snug — not too loose or tight.

Chest / Bust

Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest or bust, keeping the tape horizontal.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, usually slightly above or below the belly button.

Hips

With feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.

Shoulder

Measure across your back from one shoulder point to the other.

Arm Length

Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Measure from the center back of the neck, across the shoulder and elbow, down to the wrist.

Torso Length

Measure from the top of the shoulder down through the fullest part of the bust to the crotch area.

Rise

Measure from the inner thigh seam to the top of the waistband. This tells where the pant sits on your waist.

Inseam

Measure from the crotch seam down to the bottom of the leg or hem.

Outseam

Measure from the top of the waistband down to the hem of the pants.
