Please kindly note that the production time for your order may take approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your selected design. Plus the shipping time to be delivered is around 4 to 7 business days.

Shipping & Returns

Orders over $500 USD include free shipping within USA. Local and country tax may apply.

 

  1. Shipping and Delivery:

    • Custom-designed or tailored pieces are excluded from site-wide sales.
    • The 2-4 week production timeframe is separate from shipping, which takes an additional 4-7 business days.
    • Gelareh Designs promptly produces, ships, and provides tracking numbers for all orders.
    • Once the package is handed over to the courier and reaches your provided address, it is considered delivered.
    • Issues post-courier delivery are beyond our control.

  2. Import Duties and Taxes:

    • Import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price.
    • These charges are determined by your country's import legislation and are the recipient's responsibility.
    • Gelareh Designs does not cover import duties or taxes.

⋄ E X C H A N G E S ⋄

If your piece has any manufacturing issues, we will accept the piece for an exchange or a store credit if you contact us within 7 days of your receipt.  

We accept exchanges or store credit only because creating our pieces are time-consuming, and your piece(s) was made with much care and intention for you.

For sizing issues, we will exchange for a different size or a store credit, as long as you notify us by filling out our contact form with the following information within 7 days of original receipt of the piece.

  1. Sale Items Policy:

    • Items purchased during a sale are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable unless there is a defect.
    • Carefully consider choices and sizes before making a purchase during a sale.

Please follow these instructions in order to start your exchange process:

  1. Please send clear photographs/videos, front and back, of you wearing your piece to support@gelarehdesigns.com, highlighting the problematic areas of the fit, so we may better assess your situation to find the best solution for you.

  2. Along with the photographs, please describe, in detail the issues you are experiencing with your order. Is it the fit that is the problem? Issues with the fabric, tightness, looseness, or any rips or holes? Be specific.

  3. By doing this, you are helping us make our product better for our future clients.

The item must be in perfect unused condition, with no signs of damage or wear.

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, as long as the issue is brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt. Additional sizes not in stock may take longer to replace.  All size exchanges made within 7 days of receiving your piece can be exchanged for free.  All size exchanges after 7 days will be the shipper’s responsibility to pay for shipping on the return.  

If you wish to exchange your item for credit towards another piece, you are able to do so within 7 days of delivery of your piece, as long as it has not been worn or damaged in any way.  Your new exchange piece will begin production upon receipt of the returned piece, and any difference in price will be due prior to beginning.
