The Paladin Coat is a sculptural composition of architectural tailoring and layered leather construction each element shaped and placed with intention to create a silhouette that feels both commanding and refined. Inspired by the symbolism of armor and elevated ceremonial wear, the piece carries a strong protective presence while maintaining fluidity and sophistication within its form.

There is something instinctive in its presence. The coat holds a powerful, almost mythic energy where structure becomes shield, and the body becomes framed through precision, movement, and sculptural detail.

At the core of the design lies an exceptionally intricate process of handcraft. Directional leather formations and layered panels are individually shaped and assembled to contour the body with depth and dimensionality. The surface reveals subtle transitions between softness and structure, creating a balance that feels both grounded and elevated.

The elongated silhouette introduces dramatic movement and presence, while the architectural linework sharpens and defines the form. Worn in motion, the garment creates a feeling of confidence, individuality, and quiet authority where elegance and protection coexist seamlessly.

The variations in texture, tone, and panel formation are part of the life of the garment, shaped by human hands guided by intention and care. Within our atelier, creation is approached with presence and devotion each garment made as a quiet ritual, where craft becomes a form of prayer.

This piece is made to order as part of our commitment to slow fashion, eliminating excess while preserving the integrity of the design.

Every piece is individually handcrafted and hand-finished, making each garment a unique expression of the process. Due to the artisanal nature of leather treatment, dyeing, and material manipulation, color tones and surface textures may vary slightly.

The sculptural leather constructions and layered panel formations may carry subtle distinctions in contour, placement, and depth, reflecting the intensive handcraft behind each garment.

These variations are not imperfections, but part of the identity of the piece. Each garment carries its own presence, shaped by human hands guided by intention and care.

Each Gelareh Designs piece is individually crafted upon order. Production timelines are separate from shipping and typically range between 2–4 weeks.


Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days once dispatched.
Please note that import duties and local taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, exchanges are not standard and are accepted only under specific conditions.

We work closely with each client to confirm sizing prior to production. For this reason, we cannot accept exchanges based on incorrect measurements provided at the time of order.

Exchange requests may be considered in the following cases:
* Verified sizing discrepancy despite confirmed measurements
* Manufacturing defects or damage

All requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the piece and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Bodysuit

Fitted — designed to sit close to the body.

  • Follows body measurements closely
  • Minimal ease: 0–2 cm
  • May feel snug depending on fabric stretch

Jacket

Tailored fit — designed to be worn over light layers.

  • Adds approximately 6–10 cm ease at the chest
  • Structured silhouette

Coat

Relaxed fit — designed to be worn over heavier layers.

Visual Measurement Guide

Use these visual references to better understand where to place the measuring tape for waist, hip, inseam, and other key measurements.

How to Measure

Stand naturally with your arms at your sides. Use a soft measuring tape, keeping it straight, level, and snug — not too loose or tight.

Chest / Bust

Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest or bust, keeping the tape horizontal.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, usually slightly above or below the belly button.

Hips

With feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.

Shoulder

Measure across your back from one shoulder point to the other.

Arm Length

Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Measure from the center back of the neck, across the shoulder and elbow, down to the wrist.

Torso Length

Measure from the top of the shoulder down through the fullest part of the bust to the crotch area.

Rise

Measure from the inner thigh seam to the top of the waistband. This tells where the pant sits on your waist.

Inseam

Measure from the crotch seam down to the bottom of the leg or hem.

Outseam

Measure from the top of the waistband down to the hem of the pants.
